Job descriptionKey Responsibilities - In-Process Quality Control & Assurance Monitor critical process parameters and validate process changes. Verify raw materials and electrodes for cleanliness and conformity. Identify defects, record non-conformances, and implement corrective actions. Conduct in-line testing and confirm measurements meet tolerances. Maintain inspection documentation and full lot traceability. Enforce SOPs, conduct audits, maintain ISO standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. Control contamination; monitor environmental conditions and validate cleaning protocols. Quality Improvement Investigate quality issues and non-conformances; support CAPA. Drive continuous improvement; develop value stream maps for E-, A-, and B-Zones. Lab Management Oversee in-process quality labs and ensure accurate analytical testing. Develop cell-level quality controls; resolve testing and equipment issues. Maintain lab records, productivity plans, and SOP / test method compliance. Support technicians;
ensure equipment calibration. Manage warehouse quality issues, cell aging, and defective batch segregation. Training & Development Develop and deliver training for Quality Technicians and master trainers. Benchmark industry standards to implement best practices. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances. Prepare quality performance reports. Support APQP : PFC, FMEA, and Control Plans. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Chemistry or related field. 8+ years in quality assurance (EV battery preferred). Six Sigma GB / BB preferred. Strong in inspection criteria, sampling plans, SPC, statistical analysis, testing, and QC tools. Proficient in SOP adherence, regulatory compliance, documentation, and data analysis. Experience in value stream mapping and benchmarking. Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
