Role : Executive – LMS Admin

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Type : Full-time

Kickstart your career with NIIT , a global leader in technology and learning solutions! We are looking for fresh graduates who are eager to build expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) —one of the world’s leading LMS platforms.

💰 Compensation :

₹5 LPA

₹15,000 stipend during training

🚀 What You’ll Do :

• Train & certify on CSOD LMS
• Support configuration, testing & deployment
• Assist with data migration, reporting & documentation
• Help resolve client issues
• Work on global LMS implementation projects

🎓 Eligibility :

• Freshers : MBA-HR / BBA / B.Tech (CS / IT)
• Or candidates with strong technical / software skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Excel knowledge
• SQL / programming basics are a plus
