R&D Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative R&D Engineer to join our team in the EdTech Robotics domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics circuit design, microcontroller programming, and hardware prototyping, and will contribute to the development of cutting-edge educational robotics projects and applications.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and embedded systems for robotics and EdTech applications.
Program and integrate microcontrollers (AVR, ARM, ESP series, etc.) using Arduino IDE or equivalent platforms.
Research, conceptualize, and prototype new products or educational kits in the field of robotics and IoT.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware and firmware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and design) to deliver complete solutions.
Maintain project documentation, schematics, and test reports.
Support production and quality teams in transitioning prototypes to manufacturable designs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics , or related field.

Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics .

Proficiency in microcontroller programming (Arduino, C / C++, Python).

Experience with AVR, ARM, ESP8266 / ESP32 or similar controllers.

Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).

Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits and systems.

Good understanding of hardware prototyping and iterative development.

Bonus Skills (Preferred) :

Experience in 3D design and printing for mechanical enclosures or robotics parts.

Knowledge of PCB design tools (KiCad, Eagle, Altium, etc.).

Exposure to IoT or automation projects.

Prior experience in EdTech or STEM education product development.

Salary : 20,000 / - to 35,000 / - per month (based on experience)

Working Hours : 10 : 30 a.m. to 7 : 30 p.m.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Office : Ghatkopar West / Matunga, Mumbai

Start Date : Immediate joining
