Servicenow Senior Developer - HRSD

• Configure and customize HRSD modules (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management).
• Develop workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items .
• Integrate HRSD with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in HR processes.
• Build reports and dashboards for HR analytics.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support , and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades and HRSD best practices .
