Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruiting Agents & Advisors by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market, and other activities
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : Candidate with 2 years to Years of Field Sales experience in any industry, Insurance / BFSI experience will be added advantage.Age Limit : Candidate must be under Years of Age.Educational Qualification : Graduate
