As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions. Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead multiple development teams, acting as a hands-on software architect and delivery owner
• Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Drive Agile best practices, CI / CD adoption, and engineering excellence across teams.
• Partner with architecture groups to design reusable components, frameworks, and scalable systems
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on major initiatives and ensure timely, high-impact delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues and guide teams through resolution and post-mortem analysis
