Job descriptionInter CA or B. Com / M. Com with relevant audit or JE testing experience. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entry processes, and internal controls. Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, filters, and basic analytical functions. Good communication skills for interacting with client teams and audit stakeholders. Ability to handle deadlines, follow audit methodology, and maintain high-quality documentation.
Job Description :
Responsibilities Includes, but not Limited to :
- Perform end-to-end testing of journal entries as part of internal controls and financial statement audits.
- Identify and extract samples of journal entries based on predefined audit criteria (manual, unusual, high-risk entries, etc.)
- Review supporting documentation to validate accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of journal entries.
- Assess whether journal entries comply with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control requirements.
- Execute audit procedures related to JE testing, walkthroughs, and controls testing.
Position Requirements :
Job Location : Ahmedabad or Hyderabad
Shift Time : 10 : 30 am to 7 pm
