Job Description

Must-Have

Area of Expertise :

Analytical and soft-spoken candidate with good knowledge of data and domain.

Depth knowledge of upstream system processes like ERPs, CRM, and Sales Operations including territory and quota management systems, pricing systems, contract management systems, master data management system

Process and Data profiling – focusing on Business Intelligence and Analytics.

E2E Architecture, Low-level solution Design, Data management and processing flow, Data modeling, Integration Techniques, Real-time data processing flow

Working closely with Architects and technical leads of other tracks to integrate technology and functionality

Conducting solution design reviews with Stryker Leads and accommodating feedback

Technical Depth :

Data warehousing and Business Intelligence

Enterprise data warehouse & ODS

Cloud Data Implementation– Azure

Data storage design– Dimensional, Relational, NoSQL

Worked in MPP database & architecture

Worked in secure architecture

Data Lake – ADLS, AWS Lake Formation

Cloud Data Warehouse - Azure Synapses ( Must have), Snowflake

Data Modelling - Normalised, Data Mart

Modelling (Star & snowflake schema),EDW & ODS

Working knowledge of ML / Predictive Model : - Linear regression, logistic model, Statistical Modelling : -Exploratory Analysis,

Data Integration - ETL Batch, Real-Time

Streaming and Data Services

Master Data Management, Reference Data Management

Hands-on experience / duties :

Techno / functional expertise in providing application process analysis, architecture and system design, systems development, testing, and deployments

Formulating deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for the commercial Analytics platform.

Providing feedback and directions for technical design, prototypes / mock-ups, development, testing, and delivery of solutions for release cycles and / or new projects within Global data and analytics.

Assessing technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and / or operations of the organization; making recommendations on applications retirement.

Demonstrating expertise in a variety of systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.

Developing and building robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.

Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

Reviewing and Governing business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans, and cutover plans for go-live sites.
