About the Job :

As a Technical Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality Bare Metal Restore (BMR) solutions.

You should bring a strong technical foundation in Java, Python, C++, and ReactJS, along with proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.

Youll be a hands-on leader who guides technical leads, coordinates multi-team execution, and drives product excellence across server, UI, and backup infrastructure layers.

What you will be doing :

Team & project leadership :

• Lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams (Java, Python, C++, and frontend) to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Product Owner to align on goals, priorities, and technical direction.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from architecture and planning to QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive collaboration across backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient communication and delivery.
