Role Overview
We are hiring a FuSa Engineer with strong DV experience to work on ISO 26262–compliant automotive SoCs and safety-critical IPs. The candidate should be able to handle functional safety lifecycle activities along with verification planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement FuSa concepts, safety mechanisms, and safety goals per ISO 26262 .
- Perform FMEA, FMEDA, DFA, DFA , and safety analysis for IP / subsystems.
- Work closely with DV teams to define verification strategy for safety mechanisms .
- Develop detailed Safety Requirements , Technical Safety Concepts (TSC), and Safety Case documentation.
- Support ASIL decomposition , safety architecture design, and hazard analysis.
- Work on testbench development , debugging, and coverage closure for safety-related scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DV, Design, Architecture, PD, QA).
Required Skills
4+ years experience in Functional Safety + DV .Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 , safety work products, and safety lifecycle.Good hands-on experience in UVM, SystemVerilog , and verification flows.Experience in writing safety requirements , safety architecture, and FMEDA.Understanding of :o Safety mechanism validation
o Fault injection
o ASIL levels
o Safety goals & safety concepts
Hands-on with simulators like VCS / Xcelium / Questa .Education
B.Tech / M.Tech in ECE, VLSI, Electronics or related field.
