Role Description

The Aftersales Manager will oversee and enhance aftersales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves addressing customer concerns, managing aftersales services, and ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. The role also focuses on building strong relationships with customers, analyzing feedback, and working collaboratively with the sales team to improve service standards and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Aftersales operations
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing and improving processes and customer feedback
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively and meet business objectives
  • Experience in the real estate or luxury market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
