We are a dynamic and innovative software services and consulting company poised for growth. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality digital transformation, cloud consulting, and custom software solutions to clients in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail. We're looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager who can jump in and help us accelerate our revenue from the ground up.

Job Summary

As a hands-on Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our sales operations. You'll work directly with the leadership team to define and execute strategies aimed at generating new business, expanding client relationships, and growing revenue. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proven track record in consultative selling of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare,Retail).
  • Sell IT services such as software development, staff augmentation, cloud consulting, and managed services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, tech leads) to create winning proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and lead generation KPIs.
  • Track and report pipeline activities using CRM tools; optimize based on insights.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify strategic sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and revenue generation in software services.
  • Experience selling into verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, or Retail is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of delivery models – Fixed Bid, Time & Material, Staff Augmentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering / MBA Good to have Qualifications :
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
  • Understanding of digital technologies like cloud, AI / ML, or data analytics.
