Job Roles and Responsibilities

Job Duration - 1-2 Months (Can be extended)

Responsibilities will include identifying, extracting, and validating key contractual data points.

Reviewing and capturing data on key terms and / or clauses, including Effective Date, Right to Create, Author Approval Rights, Royalty Rates, Treat as Permissions, and all AI-related provisions.

Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all reviewed contracts.

Collaborating closely with the Special Projects Team to ensure timely delivery and collective success on deliverables.

Demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and workflows as the project evolves.

Leveraging technology tools and platforms used in contract review and data extraction.

Escalating ambiguities or deviations identified during review for clarification and resolution.

Participating in team discussions and contributing to process improvements where applicable.
