Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fitter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Fabricate and assemble mechanical parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Comply with all safety regulations

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance department in any manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with physical materials
  • Strong problem-solving skills
