We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew and Ground Staff. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving meals and beverages, and handling any in-flight emergencies. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs before and after their flight. This may include checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, and handling luggage. You will also be responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role. Requirements : - Minimum 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and under pressure - Customer service experience is preferred - Must be physically fit and able to pass a medical exam - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel for work - Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus Responsibilities : Cabin Crew : - Greet and welcome passengers on board - Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers - Serve meals and beverages to passengers - Attend to passengers' needs and requests during the flight - Handle any in-flight emergencies in a calm and professional manner - Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the aircraft - Collaborate with the rest of the crew to ensure a smooth and safe flight Ground Staff : - Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures - Handle luggage and assist with loading and unloading of baggage - Provide information and assistance to passengers, both in person and over the phone - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain a clean and organized work environment We offer competitive salaries and benefits, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
