Designation - US HR Executive / Manager

Location - Ahmedabad

Shift time - 3PM to 12AM IST

Role summary :

US HR Manager is responsible for managing and executing HR functions in compliance with US labor laws and company policies. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance management. The HR Executive works closely with management to foster a positive work environment, support workforce planning and enhance employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation and documentation in compliance with US labor laws.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Compliance & Legal Adherence

Performance Management & Training

HR Reporting & Data Management

HR Policy Development & Implementation

Education Qualification & experience :

Certification in Human Resources Management preferred.

3+ years of US HR or Staffing operations experience.

Technical Skills :

Good understanding of :

▪ HR processes / SOP preparation.

▪ New Hire On-boarding procedures.

▪ Payroll processing & compliances.

▪ Leave rules and its calculation. ▪ Healthcare / Retirement benefits.

▪ Separation formalities

▪ US Factory compliances.

▪ Audit procedure.

▪ MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
