Hiring : HR Business Partner Lead

Location : Nagpur | Salary : ₹10–14 LPA

Reporting To : CEO & Founders

Hoora is India’s fastest-growing Vehicle 360 Solution Company, serving 1,00,000+ customers across 85+ cities. We are scaling fast and looking for a strong HR leader to build and streamline our people processes.

Role Overview :

The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP / SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive HR strategy and workforce planning
Lead and mentor the HR team
Manage end-to-end hiring across functions
Run KRAs / OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives
Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement
Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation
Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs

Requirements :

5–6 years HR experience; 2+ years in leadership roles

Experience managing 200+ employees

Strong in TA, operations, performance management & compliance

Prior startup / service industry experience preferred
