About the Role
We are hiring a B2B Partnerships Associate to support our growth by identifying potential partners, building long-term business relationships, and driving strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is proactive, strong in communication, and passionate about B2B sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential B2B partners through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and networks
- Manage a strong pipeline of prospects and schedule meetings / demos
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and business documents
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and track partnership progress
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
- Provide weekly updates on outreach activities and progress
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest or experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business developmentGood research and analytical thinkingProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred)Why Join Us?
