Database Administrator

Job Title : Snowflake Database Administrator (5-8 Years) – Hyderabad-Hybrid

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake DBA to manage and optimize our Snowflake environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, Snowflake administration, and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Snowflake databases : user / security management, performance tuning, HA, space management, backup & recovery
• Automate deployments and DBA tasks using Python, Shell, PLSQL, and tools like Ansible / Terraform
• Troubleshoot Snowflake issues and ensure high availability
• Implement security practices : encryption, masking, and regular audits for PII / PCI data
• Optimize queries and Snowflake performance
• Monitor and maintain capacity planning, utilization, and alerts
• Develop workflows using Python / PowerShell and orchestration tools (Airflow or similar)
