Role Description
The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficient office administration and delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities include managing check-ins and check-outs, supervising front office staff, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site position is based in Sariska and requires hands-on involvement in front office management and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with guests
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Previous hospitality or hotel management experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
