ABOUT THE TEAM

Our mission is to enable seamless secure and efficient business operations by ensuring every business individual and vendor engaging with Tide is onboarded and managed in a compliant risk-mitigated and cost-optimised manner. We leverage automation and strategic oversight to enhance security transparency and efficiency across all KYX (Know Your Customer / Business) processes while delivering an exceptional member experience. Our vision is to create a frictionless scalable and member-centric environment where every interaction with Tide is trusted streamlined and backed by cutting-edge compliance frameworks.

The Onboarding KYX team is the gatekeeper of the Tide platform responsible for secure login and credentials KYC / KYB verification and applying ML models to mitigate financial crime risk. As a platform team we support Tides go-to-market plans balancing compliance and member experience while optimising the cost of KYX per member.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Product Onboarding KYX to lead the strategy and execution for Tides onboarding identity verification (KYC / KYB) credential setup and login experiences. This critical role sits at the intersection of user experience scalable architecture unit economics and risk management.

You will define how new members are verified and set up to join Tide ensuring the journey is seamless secure compliant and cost-effective. As a senior leader you will manage high-performing product managers influence internal CXOs and key stakeholders and build strong relationships with external vendors to deliver at global scale.
