Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities : Responsible for overall branch operationsperformance & profitability of the & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility Planconduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growthFocus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of old customersConducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory complianceJoint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policiesResponsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collectionsGood planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and coaching mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performanceMaintaining quality & performance of the business preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branchIncrease Gold Loan business plus various other third-party products i.e. NCDs Gold Coins sale for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education & Skill Qualifications : 4-7 years of relevant experience Degree / Post-graduation Degree experience in gold loan banking gold loan products management or client service demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
