Role Overview

The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager - Sales is responsible for pitching Elite packages and services to prospective HNI customers and helping them find an appropriate alliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Fixing appointments directly meeting prospective customers and pitching the Elite packages & services.
• Giving a presentation (via phone / whatsapp / email etc) about the services we offer.
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.
• Handling inquiries with regard to product pricing customer relations and complaints.
• Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets.
• Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
