Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Executive at The Knot Company, located in Jaipur. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and contracts, and maintaining inventory levels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to meet corporate gifting requirements, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring that quality and delivery standards are met. The Purchasing Executive will also track purchasing metrics and help optimize procurement processes to align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Control.
• Strong Negotiation, Cost Analysis, and Contract Management skills.
• Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Organizational skills.
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in gifting or retail sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
