This role will serve as a trusted advisor and programme manager, enabling the successful delivery of initiatives across all HR programmes at the regional level. Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, you will drive innovative approaches, ensure timely implementation and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Achieve

Programme Leadership : Manage and track multiple HR initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are impactful.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with HR COEs, Brand, Finance, and Procurement teams to negotiate, launch, and activate HR programmes effectively.

Data-Driven Reporting : Collect, analyse, and interpret data on HR initiatives; deliver monthly and quarterly status reports to senior leadership

Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with key business partners to foster alignment and collaboration across the organisation.

Communications Support : Work closely with the Communications team to create internal and external content that promotes employee engagement initiatives.

Executive Visit : Support collating the presentation and agenda for Sr Leadership visits.

Who You Are

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience. Atleast 5+ years of experience in project management

Core Competencies :

Strong project management experience. Proven experience managing large-scale projects and change initiatives from concept to implementation, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with the ability to influence and articulate value clearly.

Detail-oriented and data-driven; skilled in analysing complex information and presenting actionable insights.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools for tracking and evaluating program success.
