PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER

Professional Recruiters are experts in identifying top talent and matching them with ideal roles. They maintain close relationships with consultants, ensuring a world-class experience and ongoing support. Over 80% of our job placements last year were made by Professional Recruiters.

MUST HAVES

• 2-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience.
• Proven career longevity and performance.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, onboarding, consultant management) in the India market.
• Comfortable in a high call volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with job boards / platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Career Builder.
• Strong understanding of pay rate negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Flexibility to support customers in different time zones.
