Role Overview
As an SDR, you will play a key role in Trademo’s outbound sales development engine, driving new logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, high-quality lead generation, and strategic pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to potential customers through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn
Execute well-researched outbound prospecting strategies to build a strong qualified pipeline
Pinpoint and connect with senior stakeholders responsible for supply chain, compliance, and procurement decisions
Conduct high-quality qualification calls to identify fit, assess urgency, and book strategic discovery meetings for AEs
Leverage account research and tailored messaging to boost engagement and conversion
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
Keep CRM data up to date while monitoring key SDR metrics such as pipeline contribution and meeting success rates
Nurture early-stage leads with consistent value-driven follow-ups to drive pipeline acceleration and conversion
Achieve and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets through disciplined execution and pipeline ownership
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimise conversion

Proven experience in outbound SaaS sales development with strong pipeline contribution
Experience of outbound in global markets.
Consistently exceeds goals through proactive and structured execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize outreach and show measurable impact
Education
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Metrics of Impact
Consistent achievement of outbound pipeline and SQL targets (>
120% of quota on average).
Increased net-new opportunities, targeted market penetration, and brand visibility in priority segments.
