Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can independently lead, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels — focusing on growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns : Digital, Social Media, Email, Content, Offline
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive actionable insights
Create & manage engaging content — blogs, videos, product messaging, social media
Enhance digital presence using SEO / SEM, paid campaigns, influencer marketing
Analyze marketing performance & optimize for ROI
Collaborate with Product, Sales & Customer Success teams for aligned execution
Manage marketing budgets and external agency / vendor partnerships
Handle brand visibility through events, promotions & strategic partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years marketing experience ideally in Fintech / NBFC / Banking / FMCG / Pharma
Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, CRM, Paid Ads)
Ability to independently manage end-to-end marketing operations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & project execution skills
Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving approach
Flexible for occasional PAN India travel post initial 6 months
