This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Program Management Office (PMO) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and take ownership to lead Analytics AI and Automation independently. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across product lifecycle stages from concept to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering supply chain quality and product teams to ensure data integrity visibility and actionable insights that accelerate innovation and operational excellence.

Who you are and What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics data Visualization and experience in Automating workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Automating Excel reports (pivot tables dashboards formulas VBA) and Power BI
• Programming skills such as Python SQL or R for data manipulation and automation
• Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Bachelors degree in Data Science Engineering Business Analytics or related field.
