We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource operations and ensure a culture of compliance, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment, employee retention, and statutory compliance — preferably from the Construction, Infrastructure, or Management Consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Drive performance management and support leadership in workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate HR records and foster a positive work culture.
