Test Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedTest Leadto join our product development team. As a Test Lead you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across multiple product lines ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development product management and operations to define test strategies implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning design and execution of test strategies for new and existing products.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases test plans and test scripts.
• Identify document and track defects and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools processes and methodologies.
• Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.
