Job Overview :

We are hiring a dedicated Salesforce QA Tester with strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning, Apex components, and integrations. The role requires deep Salesforce testing knowledge to ensure smooth and high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations : Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, Assignment Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layouts .
• Test Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Aura Components , and Lightning UI.
• Verify features across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, Knowledge, Entitlements, CTI integrations.
• Conduct API and integration testing (REST / SOAP) using Postman or similar tools.
• Perform SOQL-based data validation through Developer Console, Workbench, or Data Loader.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data .
• Log and track defects in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, TestRail .
• Support Salesforce release cycles, UAT, sprint testing, and go-live validations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and Business Teams to resolve issues.
