Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment Functional Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in the HCM domain with strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition modules. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring processes, define system requirements, lead configurations, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting module implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, facilitate solution design, perform gap analysis, and develop future-state process flows.
- Configure and test Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality to align with business needs.
- Coordinate and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other test cycles.
- Provide expertise on recruitment-related functionality such as job requisition, candidate experience, offer management, career site configuration, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices and streamline recruitment processes using Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for business users and HR teams.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations (e.g., background checks, job boards, etc.) and reporting needs.
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancement recommendations based on business feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in the HCM domain, with at least 3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment.Deep functional understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including configuration, business process flows, and best practices.Strong exposure to full lifecycle implementations and support of Oracle HCM modules.Experience in working with global clients and in client-facing roles.Proficient in documenting functional requirements, test scripts, training materials, and configuration documents.Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certification.Exposure to related HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, or Onboarding.Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher.Knowledge of Agile or Hybrid implementation methodologies.ref : hirist.tech)
