We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR / Absence / Payroll / Compensation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).
Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement.
Should be able to manage a team of functional resources.
Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as one mandate module.
Key Role and Responsibility :
Should have a total of at least 15+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Core HCM implementation and support.
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.
Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
