We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who can work across both mobile (Flutter) and backend (Ruby on Rails) development.

Responsibilities Flutter (Frontend / Mobile) Develop high-quality mobile apps for iOS & Android using Flutter

Build modular, reusable UI components

Implement state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.)

Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend services

Optimize app performance, load times, and user experience

Ruby on Rails (Backend) Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails

Develop RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications

Design and optimize database schemas

Write clean, secure, and efficient code

Integrate third-party services, authentication, and payment gateways

General Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers

Participate in requirement discussions and technical planning

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions, and best practices

Stay updated with the latest tools, packages, and frameworks

Requirements 2–5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

Solid experience with Ruby on Rails

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs

Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodology

Understanding of clean architecture, modular code, and design patterns

Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team

Nice-to-Have Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or any cloud platforms

Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments

Experience with Firebase services

Knowledge of frontend web frameworks is a plus
