Youth Organization in Defence of Animals (YODA) is a registered charity established in 2010 in Mumbai by four dedicated animal lovers. YODA is committed to promoting human-animal coexistence and works towards eliminating animal cruelty. The organization provides medical services for homeless animals, conducts behavioral rehabilitation, and offers shelter and care until animals are fit for adoption or release. YODA also engages in vaccination and sterilization programs to control stray populations and prevent diseases, along with conducting education and awareness initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist & Admin at YODA's office located in Khar West. Salary - 30,000 - 40,000 per month

The primary responsibilities of the role include managing reception duties, providing excellent customer service, handling phone inquiries, maintaining clerical records, and supporting administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating with staff and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and attention to organizational tasks
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Passionate about animal welfare
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software is an advantage
• Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred
