Responsibilities :
As a TPM, you will be responsible for the following :
- Develop a good technical and functional understanding of assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects
- Lead project teams to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time and under budget
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting of assigned projects and ensuring successful project completion
- Metrics driven project management – Define and publish project metrics periodically and take corrective actions as necessary
- Communicate effectively with client and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers to help them develop their project management skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project integration and alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure project funding / invoicing is done on time
- Any other activities assigned by the management team
What you will need to have
Software Services Industry Experience : Minimum of 8 years in software development and services
o Minimum of 5+ years of Technical Project Management
o Prior experience of managing and delivering AI / ML or Data projects
o Prior software development experience in any stream.
