Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong technical and commercial understanding of interior fit-outs, MEP works, and project execution. The ideal candidate should be able to handle billing, measurement, inventory valuation, and project progress tracking with accuracy and ownership.

• Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
• Maintain accurate measurement sheets for Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and other MEP works.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily measurements, BOQ validation, and work certification.
• Track inventory consumption, material reconciliation, and update project-level stock reports.
• Prepare and monitor project progress vs. billing reports, including RA bills and milestone-based billing.
• Validate vendor invoices against actual work executed, BOQ, PO rates, and site records.
• Support the project team in budgeting, cost control, and deviation analysis.
• Maintain documentation for audit, QC, and billing verification.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth billing closure.
