Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and should demonstrate solid functional and technical understanding of Oracle HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in one or more full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations , specifically focusing on OTL and Benefits modules.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence management.
• Design and deliver BI Publisher Reports within the HCM environment.
• Work on HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
