Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team and drive efficient implementation, configuration, and support of the Oracle Fusion Payroll module. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion Payroll implementations, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and implement the Oracle Fusion Payroll module based on business requirements
• Manage Payroll processing cycles, testing, validations, and error resolutions
• Design and maintain Fast Formulas related to Payroll calculations and eligibility rules
• Develop and execute data loads using HDL and HSDL for Payroll components
• Support payroll integrations with third-party systems and internal applications
• Create payroll reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll requirements
• Perform payroll reconciliation, audits, and validations
• Provide post-go-live support, user training, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Time & Labor teams to ensure seamless payroll processing
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and resolve payroll-related challenges
