Key Responsibilities :

• Onboarding & Induction
• Employee Data Management
• Insurance Operations & Management
• Employee Support & Employee Relation
• Internal & External Audit Management
• HR letters Management

Skills and Competencies :

• Proficiency in HR systems and database management.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements under CLRA, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable labor laws.
• Excellent communication, MS Offic,e and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-1years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Darwin Box and other HRMS Tools is a plus.
