About the Role & Opportunity :
This role works with the organization’s leadership to support how the firm sets priorities, plans its work, and coordinates execution across functions. It involves structuring operating plans, facilitating process and policy improvements, and enabling clearer performance tracking with CXOs and functional teams. The position offers exposure to a wide range of strategic and operational matters, providing a chance to contribute meaningfully to how the organization strengthens its internal ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Priority Setting
- Work with the Leadership team to translate strategic objectives into clear functional priorities.
- Coordinate alignment with CXOs and HODs on annual and quarterly priorities, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and ownership.
Operating Planning and Execution Oversight
Establish standard formats for operating plans and work with CXOs and HODs to structure, refine, and complete their plans.Manage the review process and ensure timely sign off, then maintain a consolidated view for tracking, progress updates, and early visibility of risks.Process, Policy, and Governance Design
Assess gaps in existing processes or policies and support teams in shaping the design, documentation, and required governance steps.Coordinate rollout activities by aligning stakeholders, sharing communication inputs, and monitoring early adoption signals.Performance Metrics and MIS
Work with CXOs and HODs to define KPIs and set up MIS reporting that gives clear, timely insights.Run the review rhythm by preparing updates, highlighting trends, and ensuring information flows smoothly for decision making.Cross Functional Collaboration and Problem Solving
Engage with functional teams to surface issues, connect interdependencies, and coordinate the resolution path.Support leadership through structured preparation for reviews, presentations, and discussions.Program Management and Change Enablement
Coordinate cross functional initiatives through structured planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined follow up.Facilitate change enablement activities including communication, training inputs, and feedback loops during early phases of implementation.Executive Support and Decision Enablement
Develop concise briefs, dashboards, and updates that allow the CEO to quickly understand context and options.Maintain forward visibility of upcoming decisions and ensure all materials and analyses are prepared in advance.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree required;a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is an advantage, not a necessity.
8+ years of relevant experience, ideally with significant time in professional services or similar sectors.Prior exposure to roles involving cross functional planning, execution oversight, or process review, such as PMO, business operations, consulting, transformation offices, or internal audit with broader operational coverage.Strong proficiency in Excel, analysis, and preparing structured plans, documents, and presentations.Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing high context, sensitive interactions.Comfortable operating in high volume and ambiguous settings with evolving priorities.
