Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with product, engineering, to translate technical information into easy-to-understand content for end-users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, product guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical information.
Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
Organize complex technical information into structured and easy-to-understand content.
Update existing documentation based on product enhancements or customer feedback.
Assist in creating visuals, diagrams, and flowcharts to support written content.
Conduct proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
Help maintain documentation repositories and version control.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English,
6 months to 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of software development concepts, tools, and technologies.
Ability to transform technical information into readable, user-friendly content.
Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, Markdown, or similar
