Key Responsibilities

International Sales Enquiry & Lead Support

Manage and track business enquiries from international clients and channel partners.

Ensure timely follow-up and backe nd support for bulk IT product deals.

Enterprise & Partner Coordination

Provide backend support for enterprise customers and overseas partners.

Assist with order processing, quotations, and large-volume transactions.

Sales Data & Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Share insights to help improve sales conversion and client service.

Customer Database & CRM Support

Maintain accurate databases of international clients and resellers.

Support CRM adoption and reporting for business teams.

E-commerce & Product Support

Assist with business-oriented product listings and digital channels.

Support initiatives to strengthen international e-commerce presence.

Market Insights & Cross-Selling

Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on solutions.

Qualifications

BCA, Networking, IT graduates, and B-Tech candidates are encouraged to apply.

Interest in IT products, international business, and enterprise sales models.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets, CRM tools, or basic IT systems preferred.
