About Us
Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track. Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Traya’s mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth Strategy
- Lead strategy and execution across all performance channels—PPC, paid social, display, affiliates—managing annual budgets of ~$1M+.
- Define category growth strategy, including segments, propositions, pricing / packaging, and geo focus with a clear ROI-backed execution roadmap.
- Own full acquisition funnel performance, and drive predictable revenue.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximize ROI
Experimentation & Optimization
Build a disciplined test-and-learn engine across marketing, product, tech, and ops.Oversee A / B tests for creatives, targeting, landing pages, and growth levers with clear scale / kill decisions.Constantly optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and efficiency.Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
Stand up dashboards and models (cohorts, funnels, demand forecasting) to enable data-backed decisions.Track, analyze, and present performance metrics to leadership with insights and recommendations.Proactively identify risks and manage mitigation plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with content and brand teams to deliver high-performing ad messaging and visuals.Strengthen handoffs across the funnel to improve conversion and operational efficiency.Team Leadership & Org Enablement
Build and lead a high-performing growth / performance marketing team or cross-functional squad.Champion efficiency, automation, and the use of AI / tools to scale impact.What We’re Looking For
