Reservations Agent

We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a strong grasp of the US accent to support a leading US-based short-term vacation rental company. This is a remote position based in India , requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.

Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform additional related duties as required.

Key Competencies

Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).

Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Experience using reservation software and PMS tools .

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

Skills

Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.

Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Abilities

Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service , BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).

Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.

Additional Details

Work Location : Remote (India)

Shift : Night shift aligned with US time zones

Salary : ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Education : Skills, experience, and voice quality hold higher value than formal degrees
