Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8+ years in QA or test automation, including 2+ years testing AI / ML / NLP systems. Hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, and SQL. Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and API testing using Postman or equivalent. Skilled in Git, Jenkins, GitLab Bamboo, GitHub, CI / CD, and testing in cloud and microservices environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, scalable test automation architecture and agentic AI agent-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement test automation for voice / NLP-based features using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and delivery engineering teams to validate AI outputs and system behavior to ensure quality coverage
- Integrate tests into CI / CD workflows for continuous validation and fast feedback.
- Execute performance, security, and exploratory testing where needed.
- Validate real-world, end-user delivery scenarios through transcripts, speech samples, and real-world user flows.
