- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build and expand new markets across various segments.
- Negotiate and close deals with formal quotes and proposals.
- Keep records of sales, revenue etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Align goals for the team and ensure sustained business growth.
- Seat sales & Revenue generation & Collections (INR) per month based on invoices.
- Complaint Management & resolution TAT & Leakage / Revenue loss Control (Churn).
- Devising strategies for lead generation through Brokers, online / direct channels, startup
- collaborations, partnership and alliances for the region.
- Client relationship for expansion and retention business & Focusing on monthly
- collections from existing clients.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a coworking or real estate environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.Good connections with brokers or IPC’sExperience in community building and event planning is a plus.A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.Location- Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore
