Job Profile :
- Expand market presence and optimize sales coverage within the region.
- Develop and execute area sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives, providing training and motivation to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and beauty outlets to expand market reach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for successful product launches in the assigned area.
- Ensure all sales teams are trained on new product lines and sales techniques.
- Promote the brand through local events, workshops, and partnerships with beauty professionals or influencers.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline.
- Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the area.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Oversee stock levels at various retail points and implement measures to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
