Our work combines creativity, technical precision, and robust BIM coordination. We are growing our India-based team and looking for technically excellent Revit specialists who can deliver coordinated Structural and MEP models for complex London projects.

🧱 About the Role

We are seeking a Revit Technician (Structure & MEP) with strong experience in BIM modelling and coordination , to support our multidisciplinary delivery team.

This role is fully remote (work from home within India) and offers the opportunity to work directly with our London engineering and architectural teams. You will be responsible for producing highly detailed and coordinated Structural and MEP Revit models , drawings, and associated technical documentation.

You’ll join a dynamic, growing studio that values precision, reliability, and innovation in digital design.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage Revit models for both Structural and MEP disciplines .
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D deliverables from Revit models.
• Collaborate with the UK architectural and engineering teams to ensure cross-discipline coordination .
• Apply BIM Level 2 standards and maintain consistent modelling protocols.
• Manage model updates, revisions, and version control using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .
• Assist in clash detection and issue tracking through Navisworks or similar tools.
• Support the setup of Revit templates, family libraries, and content for consistent project delivery.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of BIM workflows and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of Revit experience focused on Structural and / or MEP disciplines.

Proven ability to model and coordinate structural framing, foundations, services, and systems accurately.

Strong technical understanding of construction assemblies and building services layouts.

Experience in preparing GA drawings , sections , and detailed layouts .

Familiarity with BS1192 / BIM Level 2 standards and UK workflows.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

High attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines while working remotely.

💡 Desirable

Experience working on UK or London projects .

Familiarity with UK structural and MEP standards (e.g., CIBSE, IStructE).

Proficiency with Navisworks , Bluebeam , or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .

Good understanding of architecture and coordination workflows .
